Bomberland has been released for the Commodore 64 by Samar Productions. It was written by Michal Okowicki with an amazing SID score from Owen Crowley. The game features clean and crisp graphics, boss battles, multiple play styles, a wide variety of enemies and a password save system. It’s also both PAL and NTSC compatible which is a major plus if you’re living in the states and want to play it on actual hardware. If you wish to play with more than two players you will need the Protovision or Hitman joystick adapters.
The full retail cartridge is selling for £25.00 ($39.90 US) with a direct download of the cartridge CRT image for £1.99 ($3.18 US).
