The highly advanced successor of brotkaestchen (fr-051) from BeRo / farbrausch.
Status: Still in development. Due to constant nagging, we decided that it's time to prove that micro64 is not vaporware. Enjoy the current state pre-release. Test stuff. Report bugs.
Currently micro64 has two different VIC II emulation modes: cycle exact (default, works fine) and half-cycle exact (next-gen, a complete rewrite and currently damn slow).
Latest breakthrough: The half-cycle exact VIC II emulation is now complete and working well since build 586, although it's still very slow. So the next thing on the list will be a massive speed optimization, which will take many hours of brainstorming and a lot of effort.
