Sokurah is back from this years REPLAY Expo in Blackpool (UK) and, true to his word, has released Dingo for the Spectrum... which itself is a conversion of the 1983 coin-op game from Jaleco. The remake was created by Sokurah from Tardis.dk, with former Ocean staffer Mark R. Jones on graphics.

You play the part of "Big Ted"; a panda who must collect as much fruit as possible while trying to avoid the ravenous Dingoes. You can pick up and throw the fruit at the Dingoes to stun them for a few seconds, but the more you throw.. the less there will be to collect and contribute to your highscore.

Blood and Honour: Aidaars Revenge is a new game for the Commodore 64 created by Chris Yates and Skull (Code), Wikilund (Music) and Indyjr (Graphics).

It's your basic action adventure game, yet very well done. The goal is to free your beautiful bride from an evil sorcerer.

The game archive also includes disk label and sleeve as well as cassette labels.

Phreakindee has posted his latest Lazy Game Reviews update: this week, in honor of the recent release of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, he's taking a look at how the series got its start with Elder Scrolls: Arena.

Quite a rocky start it was too... Elder Scrolls: Arena was a game that really found it's identity late in development.. still, it had plenty going for it, and future games in the series really did a lot to polish the rough edges and cement its status as one of the premier Fantasy Role Playing Game series of all time.

Check out the review in our media section.

Arcade Oasis' own Toad64 is back with the latest installment in his Lets Go Retro series. This time he is taking a look at Ghostbusters 2 for the IBM PC.

Resplendent as brainy ghost wrangler Egon Spengler, I can think of no other man better "suited" to take on this daunting task.

These days new pieces of software for the Commodore Vic-20 are few and far between, but every once in a while a new gem is released to the public. This time it's in the form of a "game-and-watch" style defend-the-planet game called The Last VIC by Orion70.

In The Last VIC, you're in command of a five-position cannon controlled via the keyboard. You must destroy nineteen enemy bombs per level (twelve in the color version) before they hit your city or the time runs out.

The game requires a VIC-20 and 8K RAM.. It's also available in both hi-res (160x192) Black & White or Color versions.

You can download the Hi-res B&W or Color versions from our transfer section.
