LGR Review: Paku Paku for PC 5150 / DOS / CGA.

Phreakindee takes a look at Jason Knights relatively new DOS based Pac-Man clone: Paku Paku.

What makes this variation so noteworthy is:
  • It's a brand new creation for a discontinued OS.. granted, not too odd in this day and age.
  • It was designed to use the undocumented 16 color CGA mode (160x100).. which very few games utilized.
  • It runs all of this on an IBM PC 5150 with 128k of RAM (67,584 bytes free in DOS) and a measly CGA card.
To say this is impressive is a major understatement.

Check out the LGR video review here.. and when you're done download the game here.
